What’s breakfast (or lunch, or dinner!) without bagels? And what’s a bagel without pickles?
  
We make the best bagels, as well as the pickles, everything seasoning and cream cheese to go with them! We currently offer seven different flavours - plain, Maldon sea salt, Hawkhead black garlic whisky smoked salt, sesame seed, poppy seed, everything and caramelised onion. Our products, all homemade with natural ingredients, are fresh and will have your mouth watering even before you open the box!
Established in 2021 during the third COVID-19 lockdown, Holy Moly Belter Bagels was created by Matt, a trained chef of over 12 years. Not having had a good bagel in Glasgow since being a child, Matt decided to make his own. At first, baking bagels for family and friends was something to pass the time. Loving the results and realising that a good bagel place was something that Glasgow was missing, he decided to turn it into a business!
  
Matt believes in niche products - “do something simple, but do it well” - and so this is what he did. Although currently operating as a home bakery, Holy Moly Belter Bagels has received great feedback - who knows what the next stage will be!
